When we slow down enough we can listen to what our bodies whisper to us, and that creates space for us to be more available to others. Yin Yoga & Holographic Sound Healing is a space created just for you to slow down and come home to yourself. Through gentle floor-based poses held for several minutes, we invite a deep and healing release of tension in the muscles & joints, soothing and settling the nervous system and guiding the body from stress into sweet, restorative rest. Healing sound vibrations from singing bowls & holographic singing weave through the room, calming the mind and carrying us into a deeper state of relaxation — a sanctuary to release, restore & reconnect, to ourselves, to each other, and to the community around us.
