About the event
To activate the full spectrum of tones within your body, we will:
~ Begin with full-body vocal toning activations to awaken and energize your voice
~ Use somatic movement and breathwork to release tension and unblock your energy
~ Focus on the bottom three chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus) to strengthen your foundation and help you feel grounded in your expression
~ Create space for your voice to flow freely, without fear or restriction
